We want you to be sure about your order. This page explains how to cancel an order placed on Bella Rose Boutique.

How to cancel

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible by email: bellaroseboutique@marianaecom.com Please include your order number.

When an order can be cancelled

We can cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it within 30 days of receiving it, in line with our Return policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders

If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
